| sandveld sky
another fluke - wanting to get the film to the lab asap for some
other eagerly awaited results, not for the first time i got a striking
image while simply trying to fill the spool. at my folks' place
in the sandveld on the arid cape west coast, i turned the camera
skywards where some strong high level winds were blowing a cumulus
stratum apart. as per default by now i had a polariser on and i
happened to be aiming at a right angle to the sun which deepened
the blue sky by lots. look at them fluffy little clouds fly! like
duck feather down
